
4th July Super Smoothie

Ingredients
- Blue
- 1/3 cup blueberries
- 1/2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt
- 1/4 cup coconut water
- 6 ice cubes
- White
- 2 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
- 1tbsp fat free greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup coconut milk
- 6 ice cubes
- Red
- 1/3 cup strawberries
- 1/3 cup pitted cherries
- 1 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt
- 1/3 cup coconut water
- 6 ice cubes

Method
- Start with the blue layer, mix all ingredients - place into a glass and freeze for 10 minutes.
- Repeat for the white layer (layering on top of the blue layer) - freeze for 10 minutes and then repeat for the red layer.
- Allow 5-10 minutes to thaw before eating
