4th July Super Smoothie

Ingredients

  • Blue
  • 1/3 cup blueberries
  • 1/2 tsp honey
  • 1 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt
  • 1/4 cup coconut water
  • 6 ice cubes
  • White
  • 2 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
  • 1tbsp fat free greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup coconut milk
  • 6 ice cubes
  • Red
  • 1/3 cup strawberries
  • 1/3 cup pitted cherries
  • 1 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt
  • 1/3 cup coconut water
  • 6 ice cubes

Method

  • Start with the blue layer, mix all ingredients - place into a glass and freeze for 10 minutes.
  • Repeat for the white layer (layering on top of the blue layer) -  freeze for 10 minutes and then repeat for the red layer.
  • Allow 5-10 minutes to thaw before eating
