  • 2 scoops Strawberry/Vanilla Slender blend
  • 1 orange, peel and pith removed, cut into chunks
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries
  • 1/2 cup frozen blueberries
  • ½ cup fat free greek yoghurt
  • 1 yellow scoop Protein World flaxseed
  • 200ml water
