  • 2 slices of rye bread
  • 1 small avocado
  • 1 tbsp Protein World chia seeds
  • juice of 1 lime 
  • 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped 
  • salt & pepper to taste
  • radishes to top (optional)

Method

  • Mash your avocados in a bowl until they are smooth, but with a few small chunks. 
  • Mix in the chia seeds, lime, cilantro, salt & pepper and stir until combined. 
  • Toast your bread and spread the avocado mixture on top. 
  • Top with radishes if desired.
