
Avocado Chia Toast

Ingredients
- 2 slices of rye bread
- 1 small avocado
- 1 tbsp Protein World chia seeds
- juice of 1 lime
- 2 tbsp cilantro, chopped
- salt & pepper to taste
- radishes to top (optional)

Method
- Mash your avocados in a bowl until they are smooth, but with a few small chunks.
- Mix in the chia seeds, lime, cilantro, salt & pepper and stir until combined.
- Toast your bread and spread the avocado mixture on top.
- Top with radishes if desired.
