
Avocado Fries With Chipotle Sauce

Ingredients
- Avocados
- 1/2 ripe avocado, peeled and sliced
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp Protein World coconut oil
- ¼ cup almond or coconut flour
- Pinch of sea salt
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 2 tsp paprika
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Chipotle sauce
- 1/4 Cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
- 2 Tbsp Low-Fat Cottage Cheese (Vegan Cream Cheese would be great here too)
- 1 Tsp Chipotle Chili Powder

Method
- In a non stick frying pan, on a medium heat, add a tsp of coconut oil
- Meanwhile, you will need three small bowls for the dipping stations. In the first add the egg, in the second add the flour and in the third combine the seasonings.
- Dip the sliced avocado in the egg, then the flour, and then seasonings to coat. Set on a plate in a single layer.
- Add the avocado slices in the pan and cook for 1-2 minutes on each side or until golden. Transfer the slices to a plate and sprinkle with salt to taste.
- For the chipotle sauce place all ingredients in a food processor, or blender and blend until smooth.
