Baked breakfast oatmeal





  • 1 cups large flaked oats
  • 1 cup Protein World Slender Porridge
  • 1/3 cup unsweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 cup milk of choice
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 tbsp Protein World coconut oil
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup dates, chopped
  • a handful of dark chocolate chips

-Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F and line an 8x8 baking sheet with parchment paper.

Mix the oats, slender porridge, unsweetened shredded coconut, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon together in a bowl. Set aside.

In a separate bowl whisk together the milk, eggs, coconut oil, and vanilla extract.

Pour the wet ingredients into the dry and mix until combined.

Gently mix in the dates and chocolate chips.

Pour into the pan and bake for 35-45 minutes until the top is golden brown.
