Berry Nice Cream & Raw Granola

2 large bowls




2 frozen sliced bananas

1 tbsp Protein World Berries Blend

1 tsp vanilla extract



2 medjool dates soaked in hot water

2 tbsp chopped almonds

2 tbsp desiccated coconut

2 tbsp Protein World Super Seeds Blend

1/8 tsp cinnamon powder

A pinch of salt



Fresh berries; a handful of blueberries and strawberries


Opptional toppings:

Hemp seeds

Coconut chips

Serves 2 bowls. Nutritionals include the berries as toppings. 



Prepare the Rawnola: soak the pitted dates in hot water for 10 minutes to soften. Strain and

pulse in a food processor to break (or puree using a knife if you do not have food processor).


Add the finely chopped almonds, desiccated coconut, Super Seeds Blend, cinnamon and salt,

and mix to combine using your hands. You should obtain a wet yet crumbly texture. If too wet,

you can gradually add coconut or Super Seeds Blend.


Prepare the Nicecream: put the frozen bananas in a food processor and mix until you reach a

perfectly smooth texture. This can take a little time depending on your food processor. Add

the vanilla extract and the Bursting Berries Blend and mix again to combine. Note: if you

struggle mixing the frozen banana, you can add a splash of almond milk to make it easier.


Assembly: Pour the Nicecream in two large bowl, sprinkle with some Rawnola and more Super

Seeds and Bursting Berries blends. Add some fresh berries, coconut chips, fresh mint or any

topping of your choice.
