Ingredients
- 1 cup Protein World oats
- 2 tbsp Protein World ground flax
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 apple, grated
- 2 tbsp raisins
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 ½ cups almond milk

- Combine all ingredients together in a bowl or a jar. Place in the fridge overnight. Serve with more almond milk if desired.
