  • 1 cup Protein World oats 
  • 2 tbsp Protein World ground flax
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 apple, grated
  • 2 tbsp raisins
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup 
  • 1 ½ cups almond milk

  • Combine all ingredients together in a bowl or a jar. Place in the fridge overnight. Serve with more almond milk if desired.
