Ingredients
- 4 scoops Vanilla Slender Blend
- 1 banana, frozen
- ½ cup blueberries
- 1 tsp Protein World flax seed
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 100ml almond milk
- handful of ice

- buckwheat groats
