Ingredients
- ½ cup unsweetened almond milk
- 2 scoops vanilla whey protein concentrate
- 5 oz 0% fat greek yogurt
- ½ cup frozen blueberries
- ½ small frozen banana
- ¼ cup protein world instant oats
- ¼ tsp lemon zest
- Ice for blending
