
Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients
- 3 egg whites
- 10g flaxseed
- 8 Almonds
- Pinch cinnamon
- 2 scoops Vanilla Slender Blend
- Handful blueberries
- 1tsp Protein World Coconut oil

Method
- Heat coconut oil in pan
- Mix all ingredients in blender, except for blueberries
- Allow mixture to firm underneath and then add blueberries while still sticky on top
- Carefully flip and cook on other side
