Blueberry Protein Pancakes

Ingredients

  • 3 egg whites
  • 10g flaxseed
  • 8 Almonds
  • Pinch cinnamon
  • 2 scoops Vanilla Slender Blend
  • Handful blueberries
  • 1tsp Protein World Coconut oil

Method

  • Heat coconut oil in pan
  • Mix all ingredients in blender, except for blueberries
  • Allow mixture to firm underneath and then add blueberries while still sticky on top
  • Carefully flip and cook on other side
  • Serves 1
