  • small banana, chopped into chunks and frozen
  • 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 3 scoops chocolate/vanilla whey protein concentrate
  • 2 tsp peanut butter
  • ¼ cup protein world rolled oats
  • chocolate chips for topping (optional)

Method

  • Place all ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth
  • Pour into a glass or shaker 
  • Top with chocolate chips/sprinkles (optional) and enjoy
