- 1 small banana, chopped into chunks and frozen
- 250 ml unsweetened almond milk
- 3 scoops chocolate/vanilla whey protein concentrate
- 2 tsp peanut butter
- ¼ cup protein world rolled oats
- chocolate chips for topping (optional)
