Ingredients
- 1 apple
- ½ banana
- 2 medjool dates
- 2 tbsp Protein World rolled oats
- 1 tbsp Protein World ground flax seeds
- 1/2 cup almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- pinch of nutmeg
- 1/2 cup ice
