Ingredients
- 2 Medjool dates (pitted)
- 1 tsp protein world chia seed powder
- 1 cup ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 shots espresso
- 3 scoops chocolate whey protein concentrate
- Ice cubes

Method
- Make the espresso shots and add the dates to the coffee, leaving to soak for 1 minute
- Place all ingredients into a blender - including coffee and dates and blitz until smooth
- Pour into a glass or shaker
