  • 2 Medjool dates (pitted)
  • 1 tsp protein world chia seed powder
  • 1 cup ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 shots espresso
  • 3 scoops chocolate whey protein concentrate
  • Ice cubes

Method

  • Make the espresso shots and add the dates to the coffee, leaving to soak for 1 minute
  • Place all ingredients into a blender - including coffee and dates and blitz until smooth
  • Pour into a glass or shaker
