
Carb Free Fajita Wraps

Ingredients
- 1 free range chicken breast
- 3tbsp lime juice
- 1 tsp cumin
- 1/4 - 1/2tsp cayenne (optional)
- 1 tsp garlic powder/ 1/2 clove crushed garlic
- 1/2 chopped onion
- 1 chopped red pepper
- large lettuce leaves

Method
- 1. Marinate the chicken in the lime juice and spices for 20 minutes to an hour - if you like your food spicy then add some cayenne
- 2. Fry the chicken, peppers and pepper in a tsp of coconut oil
- 3. Place two table spoons of your fajita filling in the centre of a large lettuce leaf, top with fresh salsa, sliced avocado and a drizzle of low fat yoghurt then wrap up and enjoy!
