Chia Pudding Parfait



  • 2/3 cup unsweetened almond 
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • 1tbsp PW peanut butter
  • 1 passion fruit 
  • 80hg Coconut yogurt or greek yogurt

  • Mix the almond milk with the chia seeds and set aside for 15 minutes. Mix again after 5 minutes
  • Make the layers starting at the bottom with peanut butter, followed by the chia pudding, yogurt, passion fruit and then top with fresh berries.
