
Chia Pudding Parfait

Ingredients
- 2/3 cup unsweetened almond
- 1/4 cup chia seeds
- 1tbsp PW peanut butter
- 1 passion fruit
- 80hg Coconut yogurt or greek yogurt

Method
- Mix the almond milk with the chia seeds and set aside for 15 minutes. Mix again after 5 minutes
- Make the layers starting at the bottom with peanut butter, followed by the chia pudding, yogurt, passion fruit and then top with fresh berries.
