Ingredients
- 4 scoop Protein World Chocolate Slender Blend
- 2 tbsp Protein World oats
- 1 tbsp Protein World chia seeds
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tbsp almond butter (or peanut butter)
- ½ cup almond milk
- A handful of ice cubes
