
Chunky Monkey Pancakes

Ingredients
- 4 scoops Banana Split Whey Protein Concentrate
- 1 cup (80g) oat flour
- 2 eggs
- ½ banana
- 20g dark chocolate chips
- 100 ml semi skimmed milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon

Method
1. Mix oat flour with, cinnamon, the Whey Protein and eggs.
2. Stir in milk to reach desired batter consistency - let rest for 10-15 minutes.
3. Heat a pan to a medium heat, spoon one tablespoon of mixture into the pan.
4. Cook until bubbles form and edges begin to dry out - flip and cook for a further minute. Repeat with remaining batter.
5. To serve top with chocolate chips and banana.
