Cinnamon French Toast
- 2-4 slices of wholegrain bread
- 1 egg
- 1 egg white
- ⅔ cup milk
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tbsp Protein World coconut oil
- Maple syrup for topping (optional)
- Mix the egg, egg white, milk, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
- Dunk each slice of bread in the liquid mixture. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat.
- Place each slice of bread on the skillet and cook on each side, about 2 minutes until golden brown.
- Serve with maple syrup if desired.
