Cinnamon French Toast




  • 2-4 slices of wholegrain bread
  • 1 egg
  • 1 egg white
  • ⅔  cup milk 
  • 1 tsp cinnamon 
  • 1 tbsp Protein World coconut oil 
  • Maple syrup for topping (optional)

  • Mix the egg, egg white, milk, and cinnamon in a large bowl.
  • Dunk each slice of bread in the liquid mixture. Heat 1 tbsp coconut oil in a skillet on medium heat.
  • Place each slice of bread on the skillet and cook on each side, about 2 minutes until golden brown.
  • Serve with maple syrup if desired.
