Coconut And Lime Slender Shake

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops vanilla Slender blend
  • 1 lime – juice and zest
  • 2 tbsp shredded coconut
  • 1 medjool date
  • 1 tbsp PW flaxseed
  • ½ avocado
  • ½ inch ginger
  • ¼ cup fat free greek yoghurt
  • 1 cup coconut milk or water

Method

  • Grate the lime, and add zest along with the juice and the rest of the ingredients to the blender and process until smooth.
  • Sprinkle a little shredded coconut on top to serve!
