
Coconut And Lime Slender Shake

Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla Slender blend
- 1 lime – juice and zest
- 2 tbsp shredded coconut
- 1 medjool date
- 1 tbsp PW flaxseed
- ½ avocado
- ½ inch ginger
- ¼ cup fat free greek yoghurt
- 1 cup coconut milk or water

Method
- Grate the lime, and add zest along with the juice and the rest of the ingredients to the blender and process until smooth.
- Sprinkle a little shredded coconut on top to serve!
