
Cookie Dough Protein Mug Cake

Ingredients
- 2 tbsps Protein World instant oats
- 1 tbsp cacao nibs
- 45ml almond milk
- 1 egg white
- ¼ tsp baking powder
- 1 ½ tbsps. Coconut flour
- 1 scoop vanilla Slender Blend

Method
- Add dry ingredients (except for cacao nibs) to microwave-safe mug and mix until well combined.
- Add milk and stir through until smooth. Whisk the egg white in to this mixture with a fork until a batter is formed. Fold in cacao nibs and sprinkle a couple on top of the mixture.
- Microwave on high for approx. 1 ½ minutes or until cooked through.
