  • 4 scoops Slender Blend
  • 30g Protein World oats
  • 1 tbsp Protein World Psyllium Husk 
  • ½ tsp cinnamon 
  • ¼ tsp ginger powder  
  • 1 cup boiling water

  • Mix all ingredients together in a bowl. Allow to sit for 2-3 minutes so the oats absorb the water.
  • Top with fresh fruit and serve.
