
Easy Flaxseed Wrap

Ingredients
Mix all flax wrap ingredients together and blend well.
- Warm a small pan and add a touch of coconut oil
- Pour in the batter and spread evenly across the bottom
- Cook for about 3 minutes
- Lift the edge with a spatula and slide onto a plate
- In a separate bowl mix all ingredients for the dressing and set to one side
- Distribute the filling ingredients between the wraps and then spoon on dressing before folding wrap to serve

Method
Flax Wraps
- 3 tbsp Protein World flaxseed powder
- 1/4 tsp baking powder
- 1/4 tsp paprika
- pinch sea salt
- 1 tbsp Protein World coconut oil
- 1 tbsp water
- 1 large egg
Filling
- 1 1/2 lbs boneless, skinless chicken breasts (cooked)
- Romaine lettuce (about 2/3 of 1 head)
- 1 small avocado, peeled and diced
- 1 cup halved grape tomatoes
- 1/3 cup finely shredded or shaved parmesan cheese
Dressing
- 2/3 cup fat-free plain Greek yogurt
- 1 Tbsp olive oil
- 1 1/2 Tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp worchestershire sauce
- 1 1/2 tsp dijon mustard
- 2 small garlic cloves, pressed through a garlic crusher
- 2 Tbsp water, or as needed
- Salt and freshly ground black pepper
