• 50g Slender Granola Mixed Fruit 

• ½ apple grated 

• ½ sliced banana 

• 60g low-fat natural yoghurt 

• ¼ cup almond milk

  1. The night before, grate the apple and add to a bowl with the remaining ingredients. Mix thoroughly, cover and leave in the fridge overnight.
  2. Ready to enjoy the next day. Serving suggestion; top with some mixed seeds or nuts for some healthy fats!
