Ingredients

  • 3 scoops Vanilla Slender Blend
  • 200ml soya milk
  • ½ cup pineapple chunks
  • ½ cup celery
  • 1 kiwi cut into pieces
  • handful of spinach
  • optional: coconut chunks, ice
