
Grilled Sea Bass & Sesame Greens

Ingredients
- 1 fillet sea bass
- 2 heads of pak choi
- 1 cup of kale
- 3 broccoli florets
- 1 pepper
- 1/2 red chilli
- 1 clove of garlic
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tsp soy sauce
- thumb of fresh ginger

Method
- Grill the seabass for 12 minutes or until cooked through
- Whilst the fish is cooking stir fry all the vegetables together, along with the chilli, garlic and ginger in a tsp of coconut oil before adding in the soy sauce and sesame seeds
- Serve the grilled fish with the stir fried veg and add a portion of brown rice if you have had a heavy workout day
