Heavenly Choc Slender Granola

Ingredients

  • 6 scoops chocolate Slender Blend
  • 2 cups rolled oats
  • 1 tsp baking powder
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 1/4 cup egg whites
  • 2 tbsp Protein World coconut oil melted
  • 1 tbsp flaxseed
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 30 chopped almonds

Method

  • Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a large sheet pan with baking paper & set aside.
  • Mix all of dry ingredients in a large bowl, followed by wet ingredients & stir until oats are moist & clumps form. Pour granola onto prepared baking pan & spread out evenly. Bake granola for 20-30 minutes.
  • Let sit until completely cool (will begin to harden as it cools). Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
