
Heavenly Choc Slender Granola

Ingredients
- 6 scoops chocolate Slender Blend
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tbsp honey
- 1/4 cup egg whites
- 2 tbsp Protein World coconut oil melted
- 1 tbsp flaxseed
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 30 chopped almonds

Method
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a large sheet pan with baking paper & set aside.
- Mix all of dry ingredients in a large bowl, followed by wet ingredients & stir until oats are moist & clumps form. Pour granola onto prepared baking pan & spread out evenly. Bake granola for 20-30 minutes.
- Let sit until completely cool (will begin to harden as it cools). Store in airtight container for up to 2 weeks.
