
High Fiber Slender Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 scoops chocolate/vanilla Slender Blend
- ½ cup cooked pinto beans
- ½ banana
- 2 dates
- 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
- 1 tsp instant coffee
- 100ml almond milk
- Cinnamon stick to stir (optional)

Method
- Boil water in a pan and cook pinto beans until soft. Alternatively buy a tin of cooked pinto beans and drain.
- Add cool drained pinto beans to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
