High Fiber Slender Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops chocolate/vanilla Slender Blend
  • ½ cup cooked pinto beans
  • ½ banana
  • 2 dates
  • 1 tbsp raw cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp instant coffee
  • 100ml almond milk
  • Cinnamon stick to stir (optional)

Method

  • Boil water in a pan and cook pinto beans until soft. Alternatively buy a tin of cooked pinto beans and drain.
  • Add cool drained pinto beans to the blender along with the rest of the ingredients and process until smooth.
