Hot Cross Slender Balls

Ingredients

  • 6 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
  • 60g coconut flour
  • 60g almond meal
  • 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp nutmeg
  • 60ml unsweetened almond milk
  • 2 tbsps sultanas
  • Toppings (optional):
  • 15g white chocolate, melted

Method

  • In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and sultanas. Add almond milk and mix until mixture comes together and can be rolled into a ball. Add more liquid or coconut flour until desired consistency is reached.
  • Roll mixture into 16 balls. Decorate with melted white chocolate cross on top.
  • Set in the fridge for 15 minutes
