
Hot Cross Slender Balls

Ingredients
- 6 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
- 60g coconut flour
- 60g almond meal
- 1 1/2 tsps cinnamon
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 60ml unsweetened almond milk
- 2 tbsps sultanas
- Toppings (optional):
- 15g white chocolate, melted

Method
- In a bowl, combine dry ingredients and sultanas. Add almond milk and mix until mixture comes together and can be rolled into a ball. Add more liquid or coconut flour until desired consistency is reached.
- Roll mixture into 16 balls. Decorate with melted white chocolate cross on top.
- Set in the fridge for 15 minutes
