
Lime Coconut Smoothie Bowl

Ingredients
- 3 scoops Vanilla Slender Blend
- 1 handful Spinach
- 1 Lime, juice
- 1/2 Banana
- ¼ Cucumber
- ½ Apple
- ½ Avocado
- 5 Mint leaves
- ½ tsp PW Coconut oil
- 200ml Coconut water
- Topping
- 1 tbsp Coconut flakes
- 1 tbsp PW Chia seeds

Method
- Add all ingredients to a blender and process until smooth
- Transfer to a bowl and top with shredded coconut and and chia seeds or any other topping of your choice
