Ingredients

4 scoops PW slender pancakes

2 scoops matcha slender blend

2 tbsp pistachio nuts

½ small banana, sliced

1 tbsp Greek yoghurt

100ml unsweetened almond milk

Method

 Add 1tbsp of coconut oil to the pan

Add 4 scoops of slender pancakes and 2 scoops of matcha slender blend to 100ml of almond milk, shake and pour into the centre of the pan.

Cook on both sides.

Scatter pistachios over the pancakes. Serve with sliced banana and Greek yoghurt.
