Ingredients

the white filling:

  • 85 gr almond meal
  • 1 scoop of slender vanilla blend pw
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1/3 cup melted coconut oil pw

the caramel:

  • 5 meejool dates (unpitted)
  • a pinch of salt
  • 1 big spoon peanut butter (pw)
  • 1 tbs water

Method

Make the white filling by mixing all the ingredients in a big bowl until you get a sticky

dough.

Scoop the mixture in a brownie tray (layered with plastic). Use your fingers to make a smooth layer. Place the tray in the freezer for at least 15 minutes.

Make the caramel by mixing the ingredients in a foodprocessor. Add a little water if necessary to help it blend.

Put a layer of caramel on top of the white filling and place it back in the freezer for 1 hour.

Melt dark chocolate. Cut the 'dough' in bars and dip them in your favorite dark chocolate or drizzle some chocolate on top.

Place them in the fridge for the chocolate to set. Store in an airtight container in the freezer.
