
Morning Metabolism Boost Smoothie

Ingredients
- 2 scoops unflavoured/vanilla Slender Blend
- ¾ cup green tea – PW green Tea Extract chilled
- 1 small pear
- 2 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt
- 1 tsp honey
- 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
- Juice of 1 lemon

Method
- Add 200mg PW green tea extract to hot water and allow to cool. Once cool sieve the liquid into the blender, add the rest of the ingredients and process.
