Morning Metabolism Boost Smoothie

Ingredients

  • 2 scoops unflavoured/vanilla Slender Blend
  • ¾ cup green tea – PW green Tea Extract chilled
  • 1 small pear
  • 2 tbsp fat free greek yoghurt
  • 1 tsp honey
  • 1/8 tsp cayenne pepper
  • Juice of 1 lemon

Method

  • Add 200mg PW green tea extract to hot water and allow to cool. Once cool sieve the liquid into the blender, add the rest of the ingredients and process.
