
No Bake Chocolate Brownies

Ingredients
- Brownie layer:
- 1 1/2 cups pitted medjool dates
- 1 cup ½ cups walnuts
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- Raspberry layer:
- 3 cups raspberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds
- 3 tbsp honey
Topping: - ¼ cup Protein World coconut oil
- ¼ cup cocoa powder
- 2 tbsp honey

Method
- Line an 8x8 inch pan with parchment paper.
- In a food processor, pulse dates, walnuts and cocoa powder until it forms a dough. Press evenly in the bottom of the pan and place in the fridge.
- In a pot, cook raspberries on medium heat until broken down, about 5 minutes. Add chia seeds and honey and cook for another 5-10 minutes on medium-low heat until thick. Let cool, then pour into the pan and spread evenly.
- In a small saucepan, heat coconut oil, cocoa powder, and honey on medium heat until combined. Pour into the pan moving the pan around different angles so the chocolate topping spreads evenly.
- Let firm up in the fridge for 2-4 hours.
- Cut into squares and serve.
