
No Rice Sushi

Ingredients
Sushi Rolls
- 3 nori sheets
- 1 carrot in very thin slice
- 1/8 red cabbage cut in thin slices
- 1 avocado cut in slices
- handful of lettuce
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 tbsp pomegranate seeds (optional)
Sauce
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- 1 clove garlic
- 1 pea wasabi
- 1 tsp lime juice
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 2 tbsp soy cooking cream or coconut cream
- 1 tbsp maple syrup
- a few tbsp of water

Method
To make 3 sushi rolls
Put the nori on a bamboo mat shiny side down
Put the lettuce on the nori sheet first and then the other ingredients. End with a sprinkle of sesame seeds.
Roll the sushi with the bamboo mat.
Wet the end of the roll with a little water to seal the roll.
Wet your knife and cut the roll into desired slices.
Mix all the sauce ingredients until you have a smooth sauce. Add more water if the sauce is too thick.
