Oreo Cheesecake Brownies
200g PW Slender Brownies mix
2 tbsp coconut oil
2 large Eggs
100g Low-fat cream cheese, softened
1/2 tbsp corn starch
1/2 tbsp vanilla extract
4 Oreo cookies, broken into pieces

Preheat oven to 180C. Melt 2 tbsp coconut oil and line a baking tin with parchment paper.
Combine one egg, water, coconut oil and PW Slender Brownies mix until well blended. Spread evenly in the baking tin.
Bake in the centre of the oven for 10-11 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the centre comes out with moist crumbs attached.
Transfer the brownies into the fridge for at least 30 minutes.
Meanwhile mix together the cream cheese and cornstarch in a large bowl until creamy. Add one egg and the vanilla extract and stir until well mixed.
Top the brownies with this mixture.
Top with Oreos before cutting into bars.
