
PB Protein Balls

Ingredients
- 2 cups slender porridge
- 1/2 cup super seeds blend
- 2/3 cup PW peanut butter
- 3 tbsp maple syrup
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 pinch salt, pink, himalayan
- 3 tbsp roasted cacao nibs

Method
Combine 1 cup oats, flax, peanut butter, maple syrup, banana and salt in a food processor. Pulse until the mixture forms a ball.
Remove mixture from the food processor and place it into a bowl. Add in the remaining cup of oats and cacao nibs. With your hands mix until well-combined.
Wash your hands to get a clean working surface. Roll the mixture into 15 even sized balls.
