
Powerhouse Porridge

Ingredients
- 50g oats
- 3 scoops Vanilla WPC
- 1 banana
- 300ml full fat milk
- 1 tbsp peanut butter
- Handful of blueberries
- 2 tbsp chia seeds

Method
Add 300ml of full fat milk, 2 tbsp chia seeds, 3 scoops of Whey Protein Concentrate and 1 tbsp of peanut butter to 50g of oats. Mix together and microwave for 90 seconds.
Top with Banana and blueberries.
