Ingredients

Tortilla Chips

  • 1 large egg white
  • 2 scoops unflavoured slender blend
  • ¼ cup oat flour
  • 2 tablespoons PW super seeds blend
  • 1 pinch sea salt
  • 1 pinxh paprika
  • 1 pinch cumin

Guacamole

  • 1 ripe avocado
  • ¼ small red onion
  • 1 tbsp lime juice
  • ½ ripe tomato
  • 1 handful coriander
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 pinch of black pepper

Method

Tortilla Chips

Blend ingredients into a batter.

Add 1 tbsp coconut oil and spread batter on hot non-stick pan and create giant pancake.

Cook until bubbles start to appear then flip.

Remove from pan and cut into triangles.

Cook in oven until brown and crisp.

Guacamole

Using a pestle and mortar, pound onion, tomato, coriander, salt and black pepper into fine paste.

Add lime juice and mash in the avocado.
