Raw Chocolate Fudge


  • 100g coconut oil
  • 100g almond butter
  • 50g raw cacao
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 100g honey
  • A pinch of sea salt

  • Place the nut butter and coconut oil in your food processor and mix.
  • Sieve in the cacao, then place the rest of the ingredients in and blitz until smooth then Scoop out of the food processor.
  • Line parchment paper in a baking tray and add the fudge, then place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
  • Cut up your fudge into bite size bites then pop them back in the fridge until you want to eat them.
  • Makes 25 pieces
