
Raw Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
- 100g coconut oil
- 100g almond butter
- 50g raw cacao
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 100g honey
- A pinch of sea salt

Method
- Place the nut butter and coconut oil in your food processor and mix.
- Sieve in the cacao, then place the rest of the ingredients in and blitz until smooth then Scoop out of the food processor.
- Line parchment paper in a baking tray and add the fudge, then place in the freezer for 30 minutes.
- Cut up your fudge into bite size bites then pop them back in the fridge until you want to eat them.
- Makes 25 pieces
