- 3 scoops Salted Caramel Slender Blend (or Vegan Blend)
- 200ml almond milk
- 15g chopped pecans
- 1/2 apple
- ½ tsp cinnamon and ginger

Method
A smoothie bowl perfect all year round. We added pecans which are rich in
protein, healthy fats, and fibre as well as being a good source of calcium, magnesium, and potassium, which help lower blood pressure and increase satiety.
- Add all ingredients into a high power blender or food processor and blitz until smooth and creamy.
- Pour smoothie into a jar or bowl - add toppings if desired!
