
Sesame Noodle Bowl

Ingredients
- ½ pack rice noodles (8oz)
- 1 tbsp Protein World coconut oil
- 2 garlic cloves, chopped
- 2 green onions, chopped
- 2 tbsp honey
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp sesame seeds
- 1 handful cilantro

Method
Place the rice noodles in a pot of boiling water and cook until tender. Remove, strain, and set aside.
Heat the coconut oil in a pan. Add the garlic and onion and cook for 2-3 minutes on medium heat. Add your noodles along with the rest of the sauce ingredients on medium-low heat and mix well.
Divide noodles into two bowls. Top with sesame seeds and cilantro. Serves 2.
