
Slender Banana & Strawberry Swirl Shake

Ingredients
- handful of strawberries
- 40g (4 yellow scoops) slender blend
- 150ml milk/water
- 3tbs yoghurt
- juice of ½ lime
- 1 banana
- ice cubes

Method
- 1. Slice the strawberries and squeeze over the juice of half a lime. Mush together to create a strawberry coulis
- 2. Put the rest of your ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth - add ice cubes to achieve you desired consistency
- 3. Place the strawberry coulis in a glass and pour your banana shake on top. Then use a spoon to carefully swirl the strawberry through the shake
- 4. Try experimenting with different fruit swirl combinations!
