Slender Banana & Strawberry Swirl Shake

Ingredients

  • handful of strawberries
  • 40g (4 yellow scoops) slender blend
  • 150ml milk/water
  • 3tbs yoghurt
  • juice of ½ lime
  • 1 banana
  • ice cubes

Method

  • 1. Slice the strawberries and squeeze over the juice of half a lime. Mush together to create a strawberry coulis
  • 2. Put the rest of your ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth - add ice cubes to achieve you desired consistency
  • 3. Place the strawberry coulis in a glass and pour your banana shake on top. Then use a spoon to carefully swirl the strawberry through the shake
  • 4. Try experimenting with different fruit swirl combinations!
