
Slender Blueberry Swirl

Ingredients
- 40g vanilla slender blend
- 200g fresh blueberries
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 400ml unsweetened almond or coconut milk
- Blueberry sauce (Optional)
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- ½ cup water
- 2 tsp lemon juice
- ½ tsp vanilla extract

Method
- Add all the ingredients into a blender and blitz until smooth. Add ice to achieve the right consistency
- In a saucepan over a medium heat, combine the blueberries, 1/2 cup of water, vanilla extract and lemon juice. Stir frequently, and bring to a low boil.
- Add the sauce to the bottom of the cup/shaker and fill the rest up with the smoothie
