Ingredients
- 2 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
- 2 tbsps rolled oats
- 1 tbsp almond butter
- 1 tbsp cottage cheese
- 300ml unsweetened almond milk
- 1/4 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
- Toppings (optional):
- 2 tsps chopped sultanas
- Crushed walnuts
