
Slender Caramel Frappuccino Shake

Ingredients
- 1 cup of ice cubes
- 4 scoops chocolate slender blend
- 2 tsp espresso
- 400ml almond milk
- 1tsp vanilla extract (optional)
- Caramel sauce (Optional)
- 3 tbsp coconut milk
- 3 tbsp coconut sugar
- 1tsp vanilla extract
- 1 tsp water
- ½ tsp lemon juice

Method
- Add all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
- Add ice cubes to achieve the right consistency
- Caramel sauce
- Mix coconut sugar, water, and lemon juice in a medium pan over a medium heat and bring to a boil
- Immediately add the coconut milk (pour slowly), and vanilla. Simmer for about 5 minutes until the liquid becomes thick and dark. Be sure to stir occasionally and scrape the edges of the pot with a rubber spatula to avoid burning.
- Remove from heat once it’s thick and cool it down to room temperature
- For best results, store in a jar in the refrigerator overnight
