Ingredients
- 40g (4 yellow scoops) vanilla slender blend
- 350ml almond milk or water
- 1 large carrot - grated
- 2 Tbsp oats
- 1 banana (fresh or frozen)
- 1/2 tsp ginger (fresh preferred or ground)
- 1/2 tsp cinnamon
- 1/4 tsp nutmeg
