
Slender Carrot Smoothie

Ingredients
- 3 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
- 1 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
- 2 cups chopped peeled carrot
- 1/2 cup carrot juice
- 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
- 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
- 1/4 cup honey
- 200ml almond milk / water

Method
- Place carrot, carrot juice and ginger in a food processor and process until smooth
- Pour ingredients into a fine sieve and strain the juice back into the blender– discard the solids
- Add the yoghurt, honey and crushed ice and almond milk/water and process until smooth
