Slender Carrot Smoothie




  • 3 scoops vanilla Slender Blend
  • 1 cup plain 2% reduced-fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 cups chopped peeled carrot
  • 1/2 cup carrot juice
  • 1 tablespoon grated peeled fresh ginger
  • 1 1/2 cups crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 200ml almond milk / water

Nutritional Info


  • Place carrot, carrot juice and ginger in a food processor and process until smooth
  • Pour ingredients into a fine sieve and strain the juice back into the blender– discard the solids
  • Add the yoghurt, honey and crushed ice and almond milk/water and process until smooth
