Slender Chia Pudding

Ingredients

  • 1 scoop vanilla Slender Blend
  • 2 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tbsp natural Greek yoghurt
  • ½ cup tbsp unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 tbsp blueberries
  • 3 strawberries sliced
  • 1 tsp cinnamon

Method

  • Ddd all ingredients except the Slender Blend to a container. Stir well and place in the fridge for 2 hours or overnight.
  • The chia seeds will expand and create a thick jelly like consistency. Add the Slender Blend and stir well prior to consuming.
