
Slender Chocolate Banana Bread

Ingredients
- 40g (four yellow scoops) of chocolate slender blend
- 2 large ripe bananas (mashed)
- 2 large eggs
- 1/2 cup plain non fat Greek yogurt
- 175ml unsweetened almond milk (or milk of choice)
- 140g Oats
- 60g unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp baking soda
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 3 tbs chocolate chips (optional)

Method
- Preheat the oven to 180
- Spray a loaf tin with non-stick cooking spray
- Place all of the ingredients in a blender, (except for the optional chocolate chips), and blend until smooth. Stir in the chocolate chips if you are using them
- Pour batter into loaf pan and bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick comes out clean Makes 8 generous slices!
