Ingredients

  • 4 scoops Vanilla slender blend
  • 400ml Almond or coconut Milk
  • ½ frozen ripe banana
  • 1 tsp Cinnamon
  • ¼ cup rolled oats
  • 1tsp honey
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • 4 Ice Cubes
